Vianova – Seismic Retrofit

Manini Service has performed a seismic retrofit on the Vianova headquarters, located in Massarosa (LU), Montramito area.

The prefabricated building, produced by Manini Prefabbricati Spa in the early 2000s, has a floor area of approximately 600 sq m and is developed on two floors above ground.

The project has ensured a two-level improvement in seismic classification of the structure and has allowed the building to achieve a seismic resistance comparable to that of a newly constructed building.

The intervention lasted about 2 months, in full compliance with the schedule agreed upon before the start of the work, ensuring the return of company personnel within the predetermined timeframe.

Thanks to meticulous planning and utmost professionalism, we managed to complete a complex job in a short time, achieving maximum client satisfaction.
