In Tavarnelle Val Di Pesa (FI), Sambuca locality, Manini Service carried out a seismic improvement intervention on the prefabricated building housing P.M.P. Firenze S.r.l, a company specializing in the processing of precious and noble metals such as copper and silver.
The prefabricated building, produced by Manini in the early 90s, has a floor area of approximately 750 sqm and is developed on two floors above ground. The improvement project guaranteed a two-level increase in seismic classification of the structure, allowing the building to achieve a seismic resistance capacity comparable to that of a newly constructed building.
The particularly challenging intervention saw the Manini Service team working even during the Christmas holiday period in order to complete all the work within the planned 2 months and not interfere with the company’s production activities, which continued without any interruption.
Operating with meticulous planning and utmost professionalism, always supporting the client, they managed to complete a complex job in a short time, achieving maximum client satisfaction.
