MD Spa – Complete Prefabricated Building Renovation

This ambitious project required unprecedented commitment from the Manini Service team, working closely with various technical figures from the property. Thanks to our experience and expertise, we developed an extremely complex “turnkey” solution that completely transformed the original building, fully respecting the standards required by the MD format.

The partial demolition of the property and the related change of use meant that the structure required a significant seismic upgrade, made possible through the use of technologies developed and patented by Manini Prefabbricati.

A complete renovation of the external facades was carried out using new prefabricated panels and aquapanel mirrors: interventions that guarantee solidity and safety to the structure, allowing the integration of modern and functional systems.

The fiber cement roofing was also completely renewed, which thanks to the use of new insulated double sheet metal panels has allowed for significant thermal benefits and the installation of an innovative photovoltaic system that will significantly reduce energy consumption of the new retail outlet.

Great attention was also paid to the aesthetics of the building: cantilevered metal structures for the external facades, covered with corrugated aluminum, and the installation of new windows and glass components complete this important project.
