LUCIdiMEZZO – New Headquarters in Sant’Elpidio a Mare (FM)

In Sant’Elpidio a Mare, Manini Prefabbricati has constructed the new headquarters of LUCIdiMEZZO, a company that aims to represent the most advanced expression of taste, excellence, and sustainability in the Marche region.

The prefabricated building, which uses Ondal systems for its roof, was one of the first buildings where Manini Connect was installed. This is the predictive monitoring device by Manini Service, capable of detecting and interpreting a significant combination of precise data obtained directly from the prefabricated building under monitoring, and determining which actions are necessary to implement on the prefabricated structure and when to perform them.

The completed building thus becomes a place for enthusiasts and experts in the food and wine sector, combining production areas with a flagship store and spaces for events and tastings in an innovative project that looks to the future without forgetting the heritage of the past.
