Manini Service has installed a new photovoltaic system with a power of 26.4 kWp, serving large-scale retail distribution, in Corciano in the Province of Perugia.
The system was installed on the roof of a prefabricated building recently constructed by Manini Prefabbricati SpA, using specific technological solutions for anchoring, in order to protect the roof from possible infiltrations, developed by our research and development team.
The intervention was entirely designed and coordinated in its implementation by Manini Service, the company division actively involved in the evaluation and implementation of energy efficiency interventions.
The guiding principle of the design was to meet the energy needs communicated by the client, creating a tailor-made system, in full compliance with the regulatory requirements in force regarding the minimum power of a photovoltaic system to be installed on a new construction.
The implementation was carried out in accordance with the schedule shared with the Client, monitored by Manini Service both operationally during the construction phases and with project management tools, allowing for compliance with timelines and high quality standards in execution.
In line with the objectives of the “2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development” and the challenge of energy transition, Manini Prefabbricati SpA’s Business Unit creates renewable energy production systems, customizing them to Clients’ needs.
