Daniele Sparvoli, owner of Colma Srl, one of the leading companies in the production and marketing of specialized medical devices and medical products, has entrusted Manini Prefabbricati with the construction of the new headquarters in Tolentino (MC).

The industrial prefabricated building, an elegant and sophisticated structure designed by Severini Associati + Partners, was constructed with multi-story Poker floors and covers an area of 1,400 square meters.

Usage Class IV.
