New Assofrutti – SaivConger Cimini headquarters in Caprarola, in the heart of Tuscia and the hazelnut region of Central Italy.
Assofrutti, Italy’s largest and longest-standing nut producers’ organization, now aggregates over 20% of the national product, supplying high-quality hazelnuts to small and large confectionery companies.
For its new headquarters in Caprarola (VT), Assofrutti commissioned Manini Prefabbricati to construct a structure that, in addition to housing the company’s offices, is equipped with 10 unloading points, 50 dryers, and 14 warehouses capable of storing up to 20,000 tons of product, thus making the delivery, cleaning, drying, and storage time of hazelnuts as efficient as possible.
The multi-story structure, which has a total production capacity of over 25 thousand tons, extends over an area of 9,000 square meters and was constructed using POKER floor slabs, which guarantee levels of robustness and versatility capable of satisfying multiple intended uses. The work was completed in 2022, in full compliance with the schedule established with the client.
