The Center, commissioned by the Balletta Group, is an extremely functional and modern prefabricated structure.
The Shopping Center of Alice Commercial Parks in Riardo (CE) was built using a combination of TAU roofing and Poker floors. A pairing of prefabricated systems that highlights the versatility and predisposition for constructing structures intended for high traffic: great natural lighting capabilities, large interior spaces, and ease in creating various types of finishes.
Designed by architect Aniceto Trabucco, and with the artistic and layout collaboration of architect Antonello Curianò, it has a rectangular layout with a single large central square, the agora.
In it, covered by a transparent dome and under a portico, 10 shops face out. The offer is completed by an internal area and an external area equipped with children’s games and dining facilities.
