This Privacy Policy expresses how Manini Prefabbricati SpA (hereinafter referred to as “Controller”) uses and protects the information provided during the use of the site itself. The Controller is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. If some information useful for identification is requested during navigation, it will be used in accordance with Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code and Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), in compliance with this privacy policy. The Controller may modify this policy, adapting it to innovations introduced by law, simultaneously updating this section of the site. We therefore recommend periodically checking this section to be constantly informed of any changes that may be introduced.
Data Collection
Registration Data, as well as any other information that may be associated with them, are collected and used in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (formerly “Personal Data Protection Code”) and the GDPR. The Controller may request and collect the following information:

The need to collect this type of information is determined by the need to effectively profile contacts in order to better understand users’ needs and provide them with better service. In accordance with Art. 24, letters a), b), c) of the Personal Data Protection Code and Art. 6 letters b), e) of the GDPR, the Registration Data provided by Users are collected and used by the Controller both through the use of analog methods and through the use of computerized tools and procedures, without the express consent of the Customer, for the following purposes:
- Internal archiving
- Use of information to improve our products and services.
- Use of information to customize the site according to your interests.
Occasionally, we may use the provided data to involve users in market research. Contact could occur via email, phone, fax, or mail. In this case, pursuant to Articles 23 and 130 of the Personal Data Protection Code and Article 7 of the GDPR, it will be necessary for users to have previously given express and specific consent.
